Are your blinds made in the UK?

All of our blinds are made in our own factory in Nottinghamshire that has been in production for over 27 years.


Do you deliver to areas outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, at this current time we do not offer delivery outside of the UK. Our delivery service includes all areas within Mainland UK, the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight – delivery charges for these areas apply.

Delivery Information

Do you offer samples? How do I order one? And do I pay?

We offer a free sampling service for all of our blinds. You can request a sample of your chosen blind on that specific blinds page – just click the ‘order free sample’ tab and add it to your basket. Alternatively, you can request your sample by calling us on 0330 055 2108. This entire service is free, including the delivery.


Do you offer a measuring & fitting service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a measuring and fitting service. However, our expert sales team are always on hand via telephone and email should you need any help throughout your experience with us. Alternatively, you can always visit our measure and fit guides for detailed direction. We strongly advise not booking a fitter until the products have been delivered in full.

Measure & Fit

What is the difference between a recess and exact fitting?

Recess blinds fit inside the windows recess (sill). For this fitting type we make all the necessary measurement adjustments for you so your blind will fit neatly into your recess and cover your entire window area.

Exact blinds hang outside of the recess. These blinds are usually attached to the wall above the window and cover the window as well as part of the wall on both sides of your recess.

When and how can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before the production process. If the blind has already reached manufacturing and is near completion you will not be able to cancel the order. Contact our customer services team on 0330 055 2108 / support@blindsco.co.uk at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment. Due to the nature of the made to measure service you cannot simply return the blinds if you dislike the product.


Are my blinds under warranty?

BlindsCo Ltd offers a 12 month warranty of all of our products. Should there be an issue with your blinds within this period contact our customer services team on 0330 055 2108 or email us at support@blindsco.co.uk. We may require you to return your blinds to us for us to check and repair / replace at our discretion. This warranty does not include alterations, accidents or misuse, failure to follow maintenance instructions, installation in a non-domestic environment, expose to the elements or wear and tear.


Do you offer child safety?

As standard, all of our blinds are fitted with child safety mechanisms, each especially adapted to suit each blind. We also offer a range of quality fire retardant fabrics.


Are there other ways to order / pay?

Our customer services team are always on hand and willing to take orders over the phone (0330 055 2108), alternatively you can email (support@blindsco.co.uk) our team with your order and your delivery information should you so wish. We can take card payments over the phone or send out a PayPal request should you find that more convenient.


Do you supply quotes without ordering?

Yes, our team will provide you with a no obligation quote. Just email customer services with your blind information along with a few of your personal details and we will quickly respond with a quote.
