Tracking My Order
From ordering, our products are usually despatched within 3-5 working days. From us the blinds are delivered the next working day. For more remote areas, deliveries can take up to 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from the courier once the blinds have been despatched by us.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Check the confirmation carefully to make sure you have ordered exactly what you want. The next email you will receive is a confirmation email once your order has been despatched.
We use DX Express, DX Freight and TNT for deliveries. To track your order, please click on the relative link below and enter the required details from your despatch email.

- White areas – Next Day Delivery from despatch
- Light blue areas – 2 working days from despatch
- Dark Blue– 3-5 working days from despatch
Standard delivery charge is £7.96 on all orders to Mainland UK addresses. For the Highland and more remote areas or the UK your delivery charge will be applied at the checkout. We do not currently delivery overseas (non UK).
If you aren’t going to be at home to receive your order don’t panic. You can have your order delivered to an alternative address i.e. a work address, or we can ask the courier to leave the package with a neighbour. Delivery of our blinds does require a signature.
If you aren’t around when the courier tries to deliver don’t worry. The courier will try to leave the blinds in a preferred place you may have specified on the order. If the blinds cannot be left, the driver will leave a card to organise a more convenient time.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packing but if your package is damaged upon arrival, please sign for it as damaged. Once opened if the blind has been damaged, take an image(s) and send it with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will look into it for you.
